Before beginning with any new clients, Personalized Marketing & Promotions will require a 30-minute interview; this will be used to get to know you and your work better so that you will get the most out of my services.   This 30-minute chat is free of charge and done through either an IM or web hosted chartroom.

1.Press Release
Personalized Marketing & Promotionscan create a Press Release to start out and then as you have more books being published we can create a new release with some blurbs of the older books and any past reviews.

2. Websites, Blogs, and online Communities

Websites
Personalized Marketing & Promotions can create a website from the template up or modify existing templates to meet your style and needs. If you do not already have a web host provider then one can be found both free and small monthly payments.

Blogs, MySpace and more
If you choose to utilize a Blog Site or MySpace then Personalized Marketing & Promotions can help you to set one up and show you how to maintain it. If you have a pre-existing one that simply needs some minor adjustments we can do that as well.   There are tons of free online communities out there, such as MySpace and FaceBook.

Maintenance
Once your Site, Blog, MySpace or online Community is up and Running, Personalized Marketing & Promotions can either maintain them for a monthly fee or show you how to do it yourself. The Initial charge does not cover any training fees or monthly maintenance fee.   We have a variety of Programs that can be used to build and manipulate a website including an HTML Program.

3.Scheduling
To be a successful author you need a schedule to keep all your dates in order. This can be a daunting and time consuming task, especially when first setting it up. One of the Scheduling Services Personalized Marketing & Promotions offers is helping you straighten or begin scheduling your activities including your personal life as well. There is nothing wrong with making sure that your family time does not conflict with your professional life.

For Authors you will need to have Chats and Interview Scheduled as well as reviews and guest blogging. However to continue being a successful author you need to focus on your writing as well. This is where we come in. Personalized Marketing & Promotions will get those important events planned and then send you a reminder of your event. Personalized Marketing & Promotions can also be at the first couple events as well to help you feel more comfortable. Personalized Marketing & Promotions will attend two 30-minute chats and one guest blogging day, as part of the fee for this service. Any more events that you wish us to attend will have to be a separate fee; this does not include offline events.

4.Book Tours and Conventions.
Scheduling book tours in local towns and bookstores, for books currently in print. Making sure that they are planned and prepared, also any incentives they need to bring. Some stores sell CD Books and Tape books, the eBooks can be written to CD’s.

5.Promotional Kits
No matter what type of business you are in, you need Promotion to make sure that others know about you. This can be done using a Promo Kit.

*Authors Promo Kit includes Book Blurbs, Reviews, Upcoming Releases, Electronic Signatures, Emails, Brochures, Postcards and Business Cards.

6.Simply being there…
Personalized Marketing can be there to you when you need it the most, offering assistance, advice, and guidance when needed.

7.Event and Advice Consultation Services
There are times that you do not need a full service Publicist or Marketing Specialist. Many times people just want opinions on what they are doing and what needs to be added. This is something that can take as little as a couple weeks to an entire month of correspondences. Personalized Marketing through live chats, emails and phone conversations will discuss with you want you can improve on, stop doing and what’s next.

8.Editorial, Proofreading and Ghost Writing
Editorial Services for Manuscripts (not submitted to *PM* Literary Service), Website Content Editing, and some Ghost Writing.
